Payments- 

Silver Lavender offers you the opportunity to purchase our products via 'PAYPAL'  we feel from experience, in personal &

business transactions that their reputation speaks for itself. Alternatively you may choose the option of bank transfer/deposit, details will be supplied in your invoice.

Items will be sent in both instances once payment is verified. 2-3 business days usually.

We endeavour to have your purchase in transit on the day of cleared payment received,

notification of being sent & tracking numbers- (where applicable) will be in receipt sent to your email address.

Refunds- 

Silver Lavender may offer a refund on an item which is found to have an obvious fault (all items are checked & photographed before dispatch). .

In certain instances & the item has not been worn or used & is returned in the packaging supplied on delivery, -  Return postage will be the responsibility of the original purchaser, proof of purchase required. (we suggest you use P&H that offers coverage for damage in transit) again All items are thoroughly checked before sending them to you, however if you have an issue with a product you have purchased please contact us we will assess the issue and may make remedy based on the laws governing consumer rights and guarantees, regarding repair, replace or refund policy, see below.

* Note-Due to the nature of some of the items we sell a no return policy is practice for i.e. earrings, rings, pendants, or any item that will have a close contact to the body. a credit note may be offered as remedy if we find your purchased item is unsuitable due to a manufacturing issue.

Exchange etc. will only be available within 14 days of sale- receipt required , if contacted within this time it may be extended, to reflect shipping times or at the discretion of Silver Lavender.
